These 24in x 12in signs were made for a local business. The wood is white pine. The design was done in VCarve Desktop produced on my XCarve CNC router using a 60 degree v-bit. The technique used was to first machine out the wood, sand smooth, apply a quick coat of clear sealing acrylic, apply the in-fill paint and then re-sand to clean up the edges.
