Lately I’ve been exploring the capabilities of my new Eufy Make E1 UV resin printer. Generally, the printed results are very impressive – excellent colours, photorealistic detail and interesting texture abilities. The examples depicted below are on 4inch unglazed white ceramic drink coasters with no advanced preparation, coating or adhesion promoter. The ones I’ve printed thus far seem to be holding up well to normal usage.
I’ve also printed on small white fridge magnets meant for sublimation printing – again with no advanced prep. Yeti type mugs seem to take a good print as well although the ones with handles are not as easy to work with. Printing directly on acrylic plastic also seems to work well.
